As Project Manager Venue Development, you are the driving force behind finding, securing, and preparing the perfect locations for our productions. From scouting existing venues to envisioning temporary structures on empty plots, you make sure every location is a stage waiting to shine. You’ll lead the process from the first site visit to the final contract, ensuring that each venue is not just a space, but an experience. This means traveling internationally to explore potential sites, negotiating deals, and working closely with architects, engineers, and local contractors to bring each venue to life. You’ll navigate permit applications, liaise with local authorities, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Budget management is also key—you’ll keep projects on track financially while delivering top-quality venues. Beyond that, you’ll think long-term, developing maintenance and management plans to keep our venues in prime condition long after the curtains rise.
