As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the process of shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with external media agencies to create compelling content calendars, plan and coordinate video shoots, and manage influencer lists. You will also support our social media by overseeing channels, add ideas for content creation and monitor performance to keep engagement high.
Furthermore, you’ll ensure our website stays up to date and optimized, providing visitors with the latest information. You’ll also take charge of managing and maintaining email lists, making sure our campaigns reach the right audience effectively.
Sales also takes a major part of your daily work. On the B2B side, you’ll identify potential business partners and work closely with the B2B Manager to explore new collaborations and opportunities. You are in contact with our potential customers every day, as you will speak with many of them via phone.
Numbers matter too! You’ll track and report daily ticket sales, keeping a close eye on budgets and making sure everything runs smoothly. And because customer experience is at the heart of what we do, you’ll provide support in handling inquiries and complaints, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Experience is great but more important is your fire. Enthusiasm and the ambition to always bring things to the next level is what we are looking for!
You have completed an MBO 4 or HBO education related to marketing/communication
You preferably have experience in the marketing and/or events industry, preferably in live entertainment. Live entertainment makes your heart beats faster!
You know that live entertainment does not have a 9-to-5 mentality and you have no problem working sometimes in the evenings or weekends
You have excellent communication skills, both in Dutch (native or C2) and English
You have experience managing various social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.). You have knowledge of the latest trends, algorithms and best practices for social media and know how to optimally use content to increase reach and stimulate engagement
You are proactive, flexible and work well both independently and in a team
You have good knowledge of Excel and other relevant software, such as CMS systems for website management
What we'll trade you
Money! For this position we pay EUR 2.600 - 3.100 gross per month
